Acceptance will be by communication of a confirmation from us, or by taking steps to deliver the products which you order.
PAYMENT:
Payment can be made via your credit account (if authorised by Bradfield Wholesale Ltd). We accept the following credit and debit cards Visa, Visa Electron, Delta, Master Card, Maestro, Switch and Solo we also accept BACS payments, Cheques and Cash.
Payment in full must be made prior to dispatch of the products by one of the methods detailed above unless you have an established credit account with Bradfield Wholesale Ltd. If full payment for goods is not received, we reserve the right not to deliver the goods until all transactions are complete
In the event of non-authorisation of payment we will contact the card holder to advise. Bradfield Wholesale Ltd are assured, that transfer of information from the customer to us is conducted through secure channels using encryption facilities to prevent access by parties other than those involved in the trading transaction. We do not accept liability for any losses or costs incurred or sustained by customers and/or card holders who transmit such information.
Trade accounts orders are subject to credit clearance in accordance with the credit limits provided by the Company, until such time as credit clearance has been approved against your order. In the event that an order can be processed due to insufficient credit availability our credit control department will contact you to arrange alternative payment arrangements.
Payment is due (if credit is given) net 30 days from date of Invoice. All prices are subject to VAT and were applicable Weee Fee.
SHIPPING & RETURNS:
Delivery...
Subject to stock availability, orders recieved before 3pm will be delivered by the next working day*. *Working days include Monday-Friday, 8.00am-5:00pm and exclude weekends and bank holidays.
Returns Policy...
If you are not happy with your purchase, you must contact us for an RMA within 7 days of receipt of delivery and agree a dispatch date. We must receive the goods in perfect condition with the original packaging. We will not accept returns if the products have been used or have been returned in an unsuitable condition.
You will be responsible for returning and paying for the delivery of your returned goods. When items are returned you will be issued a credit note for the products but not for the original delivery charges.
To refund, simply send us an email: sales@bradfieldwholesle.com or call us on [(020) 8575 9922], stating your order reference number, your name, the items you would like to return and the reason for refund. On approval, you are then responsible for sending back the goods clearly stating your order reference number and name. Once the goods have been received, the credit note will be processed.
When returning items you are recommended to keep a proof of posting. Proof of posting will not be accepted as proof of delivery. We will not accept responsibility for lost or damaged parcels.
Damaged goods...
Bradfield Wholesale Ltd endeavour to ensure all goods sold are received by you in good order. However, if you receive damaged goods, you must inform us via email: sales@bradfieldwholesale.com or call us on [(020) 8575 9922] within 2 days of delivery. When contacting us, please include your order reference number, your name, description and product code of the damaged items. We also may ask for evidence, such as a photograph of the damaged products. If you wish for a refund for damaged goods, you will be refunded the full amount including the original delivery charges. Do not accept goods with visible damages.
We shall not be liable to pay any money to you by way of compensation, other than any refund.
Refund policy...
If, after we have accepted an order from you, you wish to withdraw from the contract then you may do so by informing us no later than 7 working days after the date of delivery of the products. If you notify us that you wish to cancel the order we shall reimburse the payment made by you within 30 days of notification. If you notify us that you wish to cancel the order, and we have already delivered the product(s) to you, then you should return the product(s) to us at your own cost. If you do not return the product(s) to us and we are required to collect them from you we shall be entitled to recover our costs of doing so. Provided that the product(s) are returned in the same condition as when we supplied them to you, we shall reimburse all sums paid by you for those product(s) excluding any costs of delivery or any costs of recovery of the product(s) (where appropriate). No penalty will apply in such circumstances.
